This is a self initiated Editorial Illustration for the original article 'Pensées D’automne' written by Ian Frazier at The New Yorker.
The article is a reflective essay, describing the simple pleasure of stomping acorns in autumn, letting the small act anchor him as his thoughts wander from everyday frustrations.

As the weather is getting colder, I was inspired by this article to create a vision for the feeling of releasing the internal stress as he had described.
